accessibility & inclusivity

What’s most important to me as a designer is that what I put out into the world is accessible to everyone. It’s about ethics and not about requirements. Accessibility and inclusivity are foundational to my process and are considerations I return to at every stage of a project. I firmly believe that design isn't truly good or meaningful if it only works for some people, and that is a responsibility I hold myself to.

design thinking

My approach to design is human-centric. I never want to design something without a purpose, and purpose only comes from asking questions before coming up with answers. That means talking to the people I'm designing for, understanding their needs and their challenges, before I ever approach a solution. Design with a reason to exist starts from a user-first mindset.
